'Size up your Idea' will help you decide if your idea has potential as a new business. The course gives you the skills to compare your ideas and discard the nonstarters.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Define a minimum viable product and list its attributes
  • Use a simple framework to improve your business ideas
  • Evaluate your ideas against a number of basic criteria for success

    From 2004-2015 Dave was the programme director of UCL's MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship. He is now the Deputy Director of UCL's new School of Management. Dave is also the Academic Lead for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Programme in London which is designed to help the leaders of established small businesses and social enterprises achieve their growth aspirations.
